How long will the service last?
We know that each home / commercial property is unique and special which means that our service will work best for you. We offer a minimum reservation duration of 3 hours, but if your property has more bedrooms and bathrooms than standard, we will automatically increase the appropriate amount accordingly to leave you with an excellent job that meets your expectations.
How many people will be cleaning my property?

This depends on the size of your property, but usually there are 2 to 3 professional people cleaning your residence or office (it can be more depending on the size of the house or commercial building) in order not to spend so much time in your property.
Can I reschedule my cleaning service?

You can reschedule any reservation without penalty, as long as it is at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time, but don't worry about being stuck with a date that is inconvenient for you, because our customer service team will work hard to find another date that works better for both parties involved.
